Federal law requires that all deliveries of alcohol are signed for by an individual over the age of 21. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and that the recipient is also at least 21 years old. Identification may be required for delivery.
We recommend that all orders ship to a business address for timely delivery. We are unable to guarantee the condition of any wine not delivered on the first attempt.
If delivery is attempted three times and unsuccessful, the order will be held at a carrier location for up to five business days and if not picked up, your order will be returned to our fulfillment center. Reshipment charges will apply for any order returned. To claim an order at a pickup location, identification with the same name of the recipient on the package along with the tracking number must be shown.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of the individual package, service type selected and where the package is to be delivered. For a shipping quote, please email info@gregoryjameswines.com.
If you wish to schedule an order with a future ship date, please make a note in your order or email info@gregoryjameswines.com. We will make our best effort to meet your requested ship date. We do not ship on major holidays, weekends, or while the winery is closed. Your order will be shipped on the next available shipping day.
We are permitted to ship to the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, LA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, OH, OR, RI, SC, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
A date of birth is required for orders containing alcohol. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Wisconsin require a date of birth for the recipient as well as the purchaser. We may contact you for this information if it is not provided during the order process.
